This page is specifically for businesses I have visited, medical practices, restaurants, or any other places where I have received exceptional service. Many may not realize this, but I am part of the Yelp Elite Squad (Y.E.S.) and have been a member for the past eleven years. I love being able to provide reviews that are positive, negative, or otherwise to give you the full write-up of my experiences.

Some businesses listed here are service providers, such as HVAC companies or appliance repair businesses, that you might find on Angi. I want to share these with you so you can explore them for your specific needs. The initial grouping will be from my regional area, including Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, Baltimore, Maryland, and the surrounding suburbs. I felt it was essential to truly provide these wonderful businesses and service providers with a way to be recognized.

- Dr. Felix & Dr. Maria Chiropractic (Vienna, Virginia) I have been a patient of these two excellent chiropractors since 2011. They have addressed every issue they have encountered, and I highly recommend their practice. I can’t recommend this practice enough, as they are amazing at what they do. If you need chiropractic work, are looking for a second opinion before surgery, or have any other reason, this is the place for you!
- Lucia’s Italian Restaurant (Herndon & Sterling, Virginia locations) is an excellent, family-owned business with two locations in Northern Virginia. Homemade gelato, excellent pastries, delicious pasta, sandwiches, and pizza cooked perfectly for culinary pleasure. They kept me fed and happy through the quarantine with their curbside pickup. Highly recommend a visit here.
- Clark, Delaney & Nguyen (Reston Family Dental Practice, Reston, Virginia) Top Northern Virginia dental practice! From basic dentistry to major procedures like crowns, root canals, implants, and other essential dental services, the practice takes excellent care of its patients. A beautiful and well-kept office with super-friendly staff and hygienists helps to make this one of the best dental practices in Northern Virginia.
- Northern Virginia Doctors of Optometry (Five Northern Virginia locations). I visited the Reston location and saw Dr. Giles and Dr. Snively, who are excellent optometrists. Maria is the office manager, ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout the office. Their optical assistants are exceptional and have creative solutions for vision concerns.
- Family Immediate Care (Herndon, Virginia) Not all urgent care centers are the same! This urgent care center is excellent in its care. A single practitioner, Dr. Lin, handles all cases from mild to wild! You can choose them to become your primary care physician if you so desire.
- Dog a Do Salon (Herndon, Virginia) is a highly recommended top place for getting your furbaby groomed. This outstanding dog salon is very reasonable and professional, with top-notch dog groomers doing a fantastic job. They have been visiting this salon for over 5 years and do fine business, where appointments are almost always necessary. They work on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 7:30 am to 4 pm. My dogs love going there and are always happy to see them, giving them some attention (they want all they can get)! If your dog needs a spa day and/or a nice haircut, please check out this fantastic salon. I can’t recommend them enough!!!
- Weber’s Pet Supermarket (Four Northern Virginia locations) is a Family-owned pet store with a wide variety of top foods, treats, toys, and supplies primarily for dogs and cats, but some items for other small animals and birds. I visit the Herndon location most often. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they ordered special items for me, which I needed for my dog. They also have a dog self-service wash station at the Herndon store. A fantastic pet store that I highly recommend.
