49, XXXXY Syndrome Association's purpose is to interact with families and individuals dealing with Klinefelter Syndrome. They offer parent-to-parent matching through their newsletter or by calling for more information. Their newsletter, The 49er Banner, is published three times a year. They have articles about the syndrome they will copy and send for a small fee.
